1. Commonly used stainless steel sport roll bar is divided into 201 type and 304 type. Actually the

2. The nickel content of 201 stainless steel is about 3.5-5.5% due to its low nickel content; the nickel

content of 304 stainless steel is about 8.00-11.00%. Therefore, from the point of view of rust resistance

and corrosion resistance, 304 is much better than 201. Under normal circumstances, the sport roll bar frame

made of 201 material will start to rust after about 2 years of use, while 304 generally starts to rust in about 3 to 4 years.

3. 304 and 201 stainless steel, the surface is usually matte. Relatively speaking, 304 is more glossy than 201.

If you touch it with your hand, 304 will also be smoother.

However, in our daily life, it is actually enough to buy 201 material, the price is affordable (usually about 75 US dollars),

and the corrosion resistance is also good. However, if it is in a coastal city, the editor recommends to consider buying

304 material, because in coastal areas, the air humidity is high and the acid corrosive substances in the air are stronger

than in inland cities, so stronger corrosion resistance is required. The 304 material will do.
